Angry About to shoot PS CS!!! (for Macs)

Hello!

I really need some help! Now is that techi help or psych help I don't know. LOL!!

Ok, so I am running 10.3.7 and Photoshop CS and use font book. I have about 900 plus fonts and my PSCS is acting up and not showing all of my fonts, stopping at about the fonts that start with L. So yesterday I spent a lot of time organizing my fonts in font book (about half of them - too many to do in one day. LOL!) so that I could turn off collections. I posted this problem before and was told that this is what I should do b/c PSCS can't seem to handle over 300 fonts.

Well, I turned off about half of my collection, open up photoshop and still it is only showing the fonts up to L and it is showing fonts that I just disabled. I am a loss as to how to handle this problem. I am too fed up currently to complete organizing the rest of my font collection so as to be able to disable even more collections. Please don't tell me that I am going to have to remove these fonts one at at time from the font folder. They will have to carry me to the Looney bin if I have to do that! I really don't understand why the disabled fonts are still showing up in PS. I even restarted and the same thing happened. What am I not doing?

I have resorted to doing my typing in The Print Shop for Mac OS X and then just dragging and dropping the text block into PSCS. I don't understand why such a relatively "weak" graphics program like Print Shop handles text better than PS.

Sorry one more PS problem I have noted:

Since I have upgraded to iPhoto 5 PS's file browser is not picking up any of the albums I have created using iPhoto 5. All of the iPhoto 4 albums show up.

Ok, enough "b--ching" for now.

I REALLY do appreciate any answers you can give me!!

Red face I might have found a solution....

...on Apple's website. I can't do the solution right now, but once I get a chance to I will post the results (and steps), just in case any one else has the same problem.

Wish me luck!
