Draw Using a Fiber Element

Hey everyone! I"m hoping someone can help me out with this. I've been going nuts all day trying to figure this one out. I'm pretty new to PS7 and am trying to learn as I go. I get an idea in my head and then try and figure it out.

What I'm trying to do is use a fiber type element to be able to draw a bow or draw a frame with that fiber. I've got fiber elements downloaded that I'd like to use, but I need to be able to "draw" with them. I sure hope that makes sense!

TIA!

Shari

guess what tutorial I submitted a couple of days ago!

are you patient enough to wait for it to get loaded or should I try and run it down for you now?

I can get you to a braided effect fiber brush and an eyelash fiber brush. After that, you'll be able to make any type you want.

Ooooo!! You must have been reading my mind a few days ago when I was first thinking about it and couldn't sleep that night and actually had dreams about making LOs. LOLOLOL

I can wait...I can be patient. Heck, I've got four kids...patience should be my middle name! LOL

THANKS!

Shari...Amy got that tutorial up here:
fiber brush tutorial

I do it showing a "braided" fiber. But you can also make eyelash fibers etc using the same techniques. Hope this helps!

That's exactly what I was looking for and have been playing around with it ever since I saw the tutorial come up! I think my husband thinks I'm crazy because I kept checking for the tut to come up and ever since then have been playing around with it. Heck, I even woke up early this morning and worked with it for a good 2 hours before anyone even got up this morning! LOL
Thanks for doing the tut!
