Question for Paid Membership - I can only see about 300 items is that - SBB Digital Scrapbooking Forums | Scrapbook-Bytes

Hi everyone.
I have paid membership - yet I can only see about 25-300 items in the gallery for download. I just want to know if this is correct or should I be able to access more??

Hi,

I am a paid member and when I go to Home>downloads>elements there are 22 different categories you can click on. Each category holds the number of photos of elements listed next to it. There are hundreds there.

If you are not seeing this perhaps you need to email the admin.

scrappy1994 - I am in the same situation as you...only seeing a little over 300 items for download. I just e-mailed customer service to ask about this. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

Oh thankgoodness Elizabeth that I'm not the only one - I thought I was going mad.
I too have just emailed customer service and hope that it will be fixed up ASAP especially since I signed on for the membership on the day that they announced it... LOL

Ok, I'm new to this site and I was just wondering.....why do you pay to be a member? Are there benefits? Like what? How much is it? How long is the membership for?

I haven't had much time to play on the site other than to look through the gallery and download some of the kits.

Membership costs 10$ a year and it gets you access to the members download section and a CD of the elements collection either mailed to you or downloaded. There are going to be other benefits to be announced I think. Great deal!

I'm in the same boat...paid member, but only seeing about 300 elements. I realize that's still a great deal for $10, but still... I have emailed customer service several times about this situation as well as I haven't received my dl link for the cd, yet I haven't heard anything. Good to know there are others. Guess they'll get to us when they can, huh?
