Weekly Font Challenge - Jan 6th thru 11th

Yes, you read it right, it is still a weekly challenge. Sorry about that. I've had a rather stressful week and clearly it started right around last Wednesday. I gotta start writing down which fonts I've done but the 'Hootie' font is one of my all time favorites. Are you seeing a theme lately in fonts that can be used equally fabulously as title fonts or journaling? I just love it when they're that versatile. Anyway, I don't think I've done Hootie yet and I had a difficult time finding where I downloaded it from so just in case it disappears I'm using it for this weeks challenge so that if you haven't downloaded it already you can snatch it up. You can find it way at the bottom of the page *HERE* and you just click on the font name and it should begin the download. Sorry for the mix-up last week with the dates and for the late post for this week. I promise I'll get back on track by next week.

Hope your hectic week is winding down and have a relaxing and glorious weekend.

Oh yay! I was afraid this was going to start being a monthly challenge. No problem, Shawn. I think the last couple weeks have been pretty hectic for everyone. I really like this font, but I have pretty much caught up on all my pictures. Ahhhhh! Hopefully I can come up with something this week though, maybe I'll have to dig into my archives. ;o)

December, the font challenge is pretty simple. Just use the font, for example, "Hootie" this week on a layout and post it to the font challenge gallery.

What a great font - again. I have had it for some time now, but never used it before, though I really like this kind of font.
So this time I was rather quick, you can find my LO here:

Shawn

Don't give a darn when you post 'em, just happy to keep seeing them posted! I can't always get them done on time and sometimes even have to double up and also have a folder called "unfinished challenges" for those days when I have nothing to do-- rotfl my head off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First Challenge

I'm fairly new at this but I thought I'd try a challenge and it was fun to try to choose something to use the Hootie font. I'm not sure I highlighted it to its potential but I gave it a darn good try!
