This weeks font is Carpenter or should I say Carepenter. You can download a free version of it *here*. Since it's birthday week I'll be giving out a set of bows from my 'scrappin stuff' to anyone who posts a LO using this weeks font in the font challenge gallery . I feel so badly that I haven't posted anything for this challenge for ages! I love this challenge and the colour challenge. What I have managed to do is get through Robin Williams book on Design and have categorised all my fonts in The Font Thing according to type: old, modern, san serif, slab, script and decorative. That took awhile! Needless to say, Carpenter is now nestled safely in the scripts category waiting to be put to use! Thanks, AuntiePea, don't know if I will get a layout done (signed up for a circle journal so have a heavy comittment there) but sure hope you keep posting\hosting these great challenges

This is my first time here attempting the font challenge. Once download where should I save it? I am using Photoshop Elements.

Oh, YAY!! I used to have the "Carpenter" font. It must have been part of some old software I used to have on my computer, but after a formatting of my hard drive, it was gone. I just love that font, but didn't want to spend the money. I didn't know there was a "similar" one! Thanks Shawn! Be watching for my LO!
