GIF Blinking image.
Hi hi. :]
Well, when i have PhotoFiltre You could export a file as a GIF. Which meant like, you could combine different layers and makes a blinkie image or belnding one. Like this. http://i87.photobucket.com/albums/k1...4/Names/AN.gif Or. http://i87.photobucket.com/albums/k1...Names/ogac.gif (how the border blinks) Can you do this in PSP? Thanks in advance.

You can make those transitions and blinking blinkies with Animation Shop which "USED" to be shipped for free along with the PSP programs.
It has been discontinued but you can still find it if you do a google search.
