I'm sorry I still don't understand exactly what you are asking for. I know it is hard to try use the correct terms when discussing what you are trying to do, but I know so many terms and so many have more then two meanings. And I can't begin to guess at what you are doing by your explainations.

There are no Image packs used for brushes in PSP. Do you mean a collection of brushes? Like we would sell in the store here?
You don't want to load them to use in your psp, but you want to create a zip file for others to download?

Are these brushes that you yourself created?
Did you make your PSP save them into a folder with your own name or did you allow them to just be saved into the default folder with all the other brush tips?

Oh I forgot which version of PSP are you using again?

Do you mean install the brushes so that you can use them in PSP?

No lol. Okay i'm using X2
Okay, let me explain as throguhly as possible.

Okay.
I go to a site, and they give me a pack of images.
black images, with white backgrounds.
called an image pack.
you open it in psp and go to File > Export > Custom brush
and it comes up in your brush folder as a brush.

now, i downloaded one of those, with a set of 23 images,
do i have to turn each one of those images into brushes by going file >export > custom brush, one by one, or can i find a way to just zip em all up, or do em all at once?
thanks. :]

Ok got ya, when you have the export brush dialog window open you can select all the brush images on the left side, ADD them to the right side and click OK (I think) and then all those brush images you selected will become brushes at once.

See Adobe PhotoShop LOADS brushes and presets, in order to for the program to use them.

PSP we just need to point our file location preferences to the correct folder and it will find all of them inside that folder.

Uploading usually refers to uploading files or zips to a web site or FTP area. There is no where in PSP where we use the term Upload!

where's the export brush dialog window? maybe i have it wrong.
i went to import, because when you export cutom brush, you can only import the file you have open.
i did this
file > import >custom brush
then i tried to put in my jpg image and it said
something about the file not being supported.
i guess maybe you can't.
haha.
thank you for trying anyway.
