Question Is this possible to do in PSP??

i'm trying to design an image like this in psp

Do you see the effect, where its like a feedback. Like theres more than one of him? How do i do it. I tried going to Effects > Reflection Effects > Feedback. But everytime i do, the feedback itself shrinks down until it gets to the end of the image. Like this.

i really wanna know how to design a picture, like the one up top. Can someone show me how? Thanks in advance.

That's neat! I would think that you could achieve this in psp by duplicating your layers and adjusting the opacity in each layer and moving the image ever so slightly.
I don't use psp but maybe one of the other people who do can help more. It also may be a filter that is used. Sorry I can't be more help.
