If they are glowing animal eyes the red eye will not correct this.

What I have done before is do a google search for "Labs, glass eyes, taxidermy animal eyes" find a photo of a dog looking in the same general direction as your dog was and then with a little bit of work in PSP, using the copy and paste as new layer for the new eye, erase the glowing eye and with a softer eraser blend the new eye into the lid area of your dogs eye.

Here is a photo of a cat who's eyes were completely glowing before I used the above technique to replace them.

I used to have a really good site with animal eyes but now I can't find it back!

Here is a tut or PS but it would work the same in PSP

Thanks Haley, I am going to try that. What I did was play around with PSP's red eye reduction using the human eye and a different shade of brown...how does this look....they were "green glowing" eyes.

Looks pretty good - maybe a bit orangy - maybe can you tone it down with the dodge and burn brush?

Looks pretty good, but yes a little too orange yet for dogs eyes, I also can see the glowing effects yet around the lid area by the eyes. I know about how the glow is, because of having to remove it myself on photo's.
Also the one pupil is larger then the other. Makes your puppy a little lopsided looking! hehehehe
Now that I know the color of your dog, I will see if I can find a photo with the right types of eyes for you!

here is the taxidermy site with glass eyes!

OMgosh...I think you did a fab job!!

Now back in the day when I had psp 7 (I think it was or 9) since those are the only two I have, but wasn't there a fix for animal eyes in there?

Gosh maybe someday I will dig out my disc and check that out.

Great ideas and resources- sounds better than using the burn tool.
