I hope someone can help me.

I am trying to load some brushes and I have looked at the TUT but I am not getting no where. What I have in the file with the brushes are a ABR file, and a png file of each brush.

How do I get them loaded in psp?

abr files are just for photoshop. You just open the png file, resize it to the max brush size (I think PSPXI can already take 1000x1000 pixels, earlier versions are 500x500 pixels). Then go to File -> Export -> Custom brush. Then name your brush and you can use it right away.
