Can I get help with this picture, please?

I took this picture last night. I love how you can see a perfect reflection of the clouds on the car, but the actual sky is completely washed out.

Would anyone care to take a crack at fixing this for me or tell me how to do it? I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

HMM well first thing i thought of was extracting the background and replacing the washed out sky. You could find a stock photo of a sky that looks similar. HMM still thinking
OK this is super sloppy but just an idea:
Not sure how you would go about this in PSP but in PS I extracted the white sky using a mask
then added the new sky on a layer above the photo, lowered the sky's opacity to match the reflection.
You can adjust the color of the sky as well but just an idea for you
here is the sky

I think that the reason for this, is that the sky that is reflected on the car is in FRONT of the car and not the one you see BEHIND the car. I agree with Dani on the fix,or even clone the reflection in the sky, but I'm sure some experts will know more about this than I do!

I think clouds in the sky would make it to busy. I played a little with it in photoshop. I created a new layer and added a blue guardient and used a mask to leave only the guarident for the sky.

I actually think that the original photo looks very cool the way it is. You know that the reflection is from the sky just by drawing to conclusions. Gorgeous shot!

This is my try using just psp and a couple layers, selected and copied the selection from the window clouds and deformed them to fill the sky area.
If you want a .psp copy of my final image just let me know either in this post or PM me with your email addy and I will gladly send it to you. This way you would have all my layers to look at and adjust to your needs.
