installation problems
i just built a new PC and everything else is fine, but when i tried to install psp11 it kept getting stuck at this point

Sorry no idea at all!
 I do know on the corel community area of their site there is a link to find a newsgroup for PSPXI and the people in there can usually help to pin point issues like this.

GPU is a XFX GeForce 6800 Xtreme http://www.xfxforce.com/web/product/...ationId=141227
but here's a little explanation to see if this will help further this GPU was bought separately & installed on PC1[retail], then moved it to PC2[built]. on PC1 it worked fine, but now on PC2, it constantly gets stuck at that point
