Hello, which version of PSP are you using? From PSP8 and up you can use a script from http://pixelnook.home.comcast.net/ which has a Vector Tube script. You first select the tube you wish and play around until you get the setting how you want it, (the size) and then draw out your vector shape and run the script and poof you have your tubes on a path!
Pixelnook also has a Vector Pant script for brushes on a path there also.

Using the vector tube script:
  1. draw your vector shape or letter
  2. change to the object selector tool (8 and 9) or the pick tool (X)
  3. resize if needed
  4. right click on the object in the layer palette and choose convert to path if you are using versions 9 or X
  5. choose the tube tool, choose your tube, set the size and other options
  6. run the script

If you are using the vector paint script, you do the same thing except choose a brush in step 5.

Wow I'm behind on threads. Thanks so much for this one. I've been trying for weeks to figure out how to use the vector tube on text.
