Question PSPX

My hubby got me PSPX for my birthday yesterday. I'm going to install it this morning, but I remember reading on here a while ago that some people had problems when installing the patches. Is it safe for me to do so today, or should I just not install them at all?

Thanks!

if I remember correctly you dont want to download the 10.01 patch. I think Tracey and some others said there weren't any problems with 10.02

I still haven't done it, afraid for my program

I haven't had any problems with mine since installing the patches. When I first got my PSPX, it locked up or crashed on a regular basis. I had to reinstall the whole thing over the weekend, and I had to install 10.01 before I could get 10.02 or 10.03

Hi Peachy, yes just go ahead and install the 10.01, 10.02, 10.03 patch and do them in order. The other thing people were talking about it to get the updates from the corel site and don't use the Check for Updates from within PSP.
10.02 was the buggy one, and so far the 10.03 fixed everything and then some!

I got all the updates installed (the version dh bought was 10.01, so I only had to install 2 and 3). So far, so good! Now I'm just trying to familiarize myself with everything. LOL
