Question Can I create images using HDR in Paint Shop Pro?

I just found out about High Dynamic Range, but I have no clue how to create images like that. I know the basic principle of the thing is that you get the same shot in different lighings and them mix them together somehow and they get to look as cool as the ones seen here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/tags/hdr/clusters/

I'm using Pain Shop Pro 9 and I'd really like to know how to do that. It has to be possible somehow. Does any one know any tutorial or something that explains step by step how to create one of those images?
Please help.

Well I looked at the links provided and I bet you could get very similar results using the blend modes. So you take a picture of the same scene at different times of the day~ You'll need to be very precise with the photo... best bet would be to leave the camera on a tripod in the exact spot for each photo.
Then when you have several photos you just layer them on top of each other playing with the blending modes until you get something you like.
Don't know if that helps much but hopefully it will give you an idea of how to do it.

HDR is so much more then just blending pictures together from different times of day. The best HDR software use dynamic algorithms to pinpoint the exactness needed for this to be sucessful. However, you usually need a minimal number of exposures and would reallly want to selectivly use this process.

Note.. this process could take days to perform on a typical desktop PC depending upon the number of exposures and the size of the files... It is not just a click and go process...
