hi have some cds with clipart and some nice backgrounds on my question is
the background are in like 6x4 size tried to increase in 10 percent cycles but its blurred when printed at 8x8 dont really like some of them as seamless tiles, do i make them a brush and use that way any other ideas otherwise they seem to small to use constructively .

It really depends on the resolution. Lots of clipart is only 96 or 72ppi and not great for printing. You could try changing the backgrounds to 300 and then tiling them.
