Whoa.... ok.. I think I understood that somehow so here goes..

1. open picture with guy and girl
2. open picture with earth
3. copy earth picture to clipboard (ctrl-C)
4. close earth picture
5. paste the earth picture into a new layer (ctrl-L)
6. using the transform tool, grab the handles and resize it to fit in the eye
7. once you have it sized right and moved in place, just copy that layer and paste again into the other eyes.
8. Flatten layers and save as desired.

You might also want to lower the opacity of the world layer~ That will allow the pupil and colors to shine through. Play with your blend modes to see what you like best.
