Fading edges
How do you fade either all the edges or maybe just one edge of a photo? I did a search and looked through the tutorials but only saw one post for another program. Thanks.

It's called a Vignette effect, or also Feathering ~~ try looking for something like that. I'm a PSE user, so I can't help with PSP, but hoping that info will help...
