hhmm... my reply must not of went through, but I agree 100% with what Pesto said.
My guess is that even though he has been in business for years and years he is not up on all the latest trends and abilities that the normal consumer knows about now days.
This is one persons "Ideal" way to have a print made, but as we all know that is just not true!!

Sure.. if you are printing a magazine layout or a high quality flyer, then using software that creates PDF files are fine.. but not for simply printing a layout.

Well - I hope it works out ok even if their info is incorrect about quality. Let us know how they turned out!
