Making several pictures the same size

Hi!

I am going to try and make a lo with a picture for every month of my son's first year. Is there a way to re-size each picture to be the same size in PSP 9? Would I do it before I put them all on the lo or can I do them all at once on a lo? What would be a good size to choose to fill up most of the space?

Thanks!
Jen

Are all the photo's the same resolution ex: 300ppi?
If so you can either use the resize method:
Image/Resize enter into the print size boxes the Width and Height that you want the photo's to be in inches, make sure the Resample box is checked and use Smart Size.
Also check the Lock Aspect ratio, Resize all layers is only if you have more then one layer to resize.
Click ok and your photo will be sized correctly.
The other way is to use the crop tool, you can enter your sizes into the Width and Height boxes at the top of your crop tool bar and the crop box will draw out the area that you are going to save and you can move that area around to save the important parts of a photo.
You will have to play and see which way works the best for your photo's as you might find that with the resize your main subject might become too little in the photo if there is a lot of background in the photo, so then you would be better off using the crop so your subject becomes the main focus.
