Hi,
Did you ever get this figured out? It is so odd that this is happening because a size is a size of an image. It shouldn't and can't really change between programs. If it is 1050x1200 pixels in PSP with 300dpi, and it is saved at that size, then it should be the same size in any other program.
Which version of PSP are you using?
Are you saving the image as a .psp, .png or jpg, or are you not saving it at all and just creating it and copy/paste?
Which Operating System do you have?
On XP, right click your image, select properties, select the Summary tab and the advanced tab what values are displayed in there?
