Just got a new computer tower, upgrading from 256 MB to 1.5 GB of RAM. Wow, wow, wow! PSP9 runs so quickly now. Cannot believe how quickly. I knew I needed more memory, but had no idea what a difference this would make.

I may even look into PSPX (but I'm happy with 9, so maybe not right away).

Congratulations...Amazing the difference some RAM can make isn't it!!

Yup.....more RAM is what it takes. Glad everything is going well. When I bought my computer 1 GB was the most one could get. Am sure upgrading from a 256 you're really seeing a difference. HAVE FUN!!!!

I also have PSP9 and have just upgraded from 512mb of RAM of 1.5g and it made a great deal of difference in how my PSP9 runs. Much quicker now. I don't think I will upgrade to X. I am happy with 9.
