getting that gel effect...?
i was wondering if anyone can tell me how to do that wonderful gel effect on elements? i keep trying different tutorials but with no luck.
 so if anyone can tell me how or tell me where to find out how...that would be great!  thanks!

I never could figure it out with PSP so I use Eye Candy.

http://www.artistic-effects.com/order.html You have to buy it, but there is a trial version you can play with. I did and it really looks good but you do not get the ability to "Apply" the effect to your image and save it!!
