Candi... what version of Windows are you using? PSPx only works on windows xp.

other than that... I would suspect that Tech support is currently overwhelmed with email. The newsgroup which is chock full of advanced users have been reporting so many bugs and errors.... only thing I can suggest is to try calling them....
