Thumbs up Book: Scrapbooking the Digital Way

Even though I knew a fair amount about PSP before I received this book, it has opened my eyes. The format written specifically for scrapbooking is easy to follow and very enjoyable. I got thru 5 chapters last night and I am improving already. I love love love this book, its invaluable! I would suggest that anyone who isn't a seasoned scrapper get this book, it will help you hone your PSP skills as well as improved your scrapbooking and make it more fun!

I bought it on CottageArts "Scrapbooking, The digital way" by Michelle Shefveland, published by Jasc/Corel.

Thanks

I've seen this book before but darn it, it's PSP and not PS. I'd love to have the
same kind of WOW book about PS but don't know of one so if anyone does,
speak up! You'll really be doing some super layouts now!

I also have this book and this helped me a lot in the beginning. I've learned a lot PSP with it. So much that even if I have Photoshop, I've never learn it well and I keep retourning to PSP. You will lean also how to do the basic embellisments. Good purchase!

Cottage Arts is now carrying a CD which teaches PSE III. Maybe that would work for PS since PSE is actually PS Lite?

I also have this book & love it, but if you are looking for a 'how to' for ps or pse3, try here:
http://www.scrappersguide.com/
I bought both of her cds & went from knowing very little about pse to now actually enjoying the program. I still don't know everything (is that even possible?), but I can now use the program to make my pages. I switch between pse3 & psp often. I know that Linda makes a cd for ps also.

I purchased the book shortly have it came out. I enjoyed it. I wish there were more like it, with more in it and more complexities also. Most of the digital scrapbooking books, seem to get into purchasing a camera and all of that kind of stuff also. I like the ones that just teach you how to do neat stuff....like the tuts.
