SBB Cookbook Challenge Week Six!

I'm SO glad to see so many new people submitting this week! If anyone has ideas for upcoming catagories I'd love to hear them!

This week is Pasta

To the detriment of my back side - I LOVE pasta! Here is my favorite

Here's mine!

And Joann...simply type in "here" or whatever you would like to say to indicate a link and click on the icon of the globe with the chain on it...then copy the link to where your gallery pic is in the box that pops up!

We've found that the standard gluten free pastas, cause our daughter's blood sugars to rise to fast, so we've developed a low GI alternative: here

A lasagna recipe can be adapted too! Tell your collegue to thinly slice a wide corgette (zucchini) lengthways, again with a potato peeler, and use it instead of the sheets of pasta. If the recipe is for dried pasta, then use less fluid in the sauces.
