I've logged out and in, but still no elements. The board welcomes me by name. I've tried looking under Gallery, but that pages looks exactly as it did before, and there isn't a members area. When I click on "Downloads," there are only a few items there. Same think if I click on the Downloads like at the top of the page.

How do I get access? I paid for the membership already. Help!!

highly suggest you contact customer.service@scrapbook-bytes.com for the fastest resolve to this... provide username on boards, email address at paypal and cart if different and order number if possible.
