Amy I am having the same problem. I have asked customer service about and they said I have access but I don't see it. I signed out and back in, cleared my cookies, ect. Can you me please!!!! lol

I've emailed customer service, given my email addresses and password, but I still don't see any members stuff. Any ideas?

Ladies, all I can tell you is hang in there. Mine got fixed sometime this weekend. I think the admin.'s are just so swamped with changes/fixes that it's taking them a few days to answer back.

OK, I'm having the same problem. I actually posted earlier and sent an email to the "contact us" address. I didn't send my password though, did I have to do that? I'll keep looking too and see if things change for me, but as of right now I'm seeing only the three sections under downloads like lizzy was before. I know this must seem crazy to all you in charge right now, but I know things will be all worked out and running smoothly in no time (you all do such a great job running this site - it's astounding!) OK, so I don't know if you guys are just amazingly fast and fixing things or what but I just went to check the downloads area again (five minutes after typing my previous post) and now everything is there (I think!) The only difference I see is that I think I acessed the elements throught the "downloads" link at the top instead of by going to the "gallery" which is what I probably usually do. Unfortunately though, most things I tried viewing gave me this message:

Warning: mysql_connect(): Too many connections in /www/scrapbookbytes.com/htdocs/gallery/pp-inc.php on line 74
I cannot connect to the PhotoPost database.

Just thought I'd alert someone to this, although I'm sure you know about it already.
I'll keep checking to see how things are going.

if you keep getting errors - just refresh - we are transferring part of the site to another server this week to balance the load of bandwidth being used so the site will be faster than ever!
