I'm not trying to be sarcastic or anything but all this info was very confusing and so many people are having trouble with it. I purchased a membership on Dec. 2nd and stil did not recieve a e-mail even after the 10th deadline. So I had to e-mail and ask about it, all they asked me for was my log in information. I still did not get a detailed e-mail with all the info. I'm still searching the site for all the information.

I think what has everyone confused is the talk about the donations and the membership amounts. It should have just stated what was included with the membership & the cost of the membership. Then if you wanted to give more than the membership amount that would be considered a donation to the site. There was so many different dollar amounts given and saying if you give this amount you get this and if you give that amount you get that.

Also you make mention of the CD's which are included.

Are they both the same or do you get more with donating the $50? All this info seems very clear to the site administrators because you are the ones who developed the membership plan. But to so many who are reading this the info was very confusing.

Like I said I'm not being sarcastic, so please don't take it that way. Also I think you should have a section on the home page with more info on all this with links to threads for people to find. It will give them a general place to start looking.

I'm also having a little trouble here. I shared a set of elements in January of this year and I can't check to see if they're still in the system or not to know if I qualify for the free membership. I've emailed the elements addy, but haven't heard anything back yet (this was last week). I don't know whether I need to resend them or not. Don't get me wrong, I have no prob paying if I have to, but I'd like to know if I qualify for free before I do!

And I also have the same questions as Michelle about the CD and what all is included!

I keep checking back on this thread for info on the "CD" mentioned for donations of $50.00 and surprised no one is addressing this comment. Has anyone heard any more info through another means except for this thread???

If you have made a donation to the site and have not yet received your CD please email customer.service@scrapbook-bytes.com with your order number and email address used in the store so that we can expidite your request.

As for elements as of January 1st if you would like to receive free membership you need to submit 3 sets of elements or kit to the gallery. Also on the 3rd submission please state that in the email when sending them to elements@scrapbook-bytes.com. This way we can verify the uploads and get your your membership.

The fastest way to get a response is through customer.service@scrapbook-bytes.com. Some days we do not get to the boards and if there is a pressing issue that you need us to look into customer service is the best and fastest way to get that resolved.

also if you do not see your elements in the members gallery they may have been uploaded the subscribers only area and if you are not currently a member you will not see them.

if you let me know the name of the element an you are not currently a subscriber and wish to have these in the general download area please send along the name of the element and i can move that for you.

I have a question about the CD.

I paid my membership and "downloaded" the SBBytes Members only CD - 160 Megabytes. But it also mentioned that the membership will include:
