me too

I keep getting these as well. Sometimes I can access the site through the email SBB sent recently about the store, but lately even that's giving me the error message. My concern is that the email address we're told to contact looks like it originates from a foreign country, maybe someone from that country has hacked into SBB's system. I keep running my spyware, virus protection, and firewall programs to check for anything but nothing unusual shows up. Hmmm....

We are aware of this problem. We are transferring some files onto a different part of the server so we have a more reliable connection.

Please bear with us...

Thanks, Jacqueline! I appreciate your feedback. At least it puts our minds at ease there's not some hacker out there!

Hi Everyone,

I work in e-commerce development. Unfortunately, no matter how efficiently you monitor and maintain your sever, every now and then errors occur. It's good to know that the admins are aware of the situation and are on top it. It's got to be very frustrating for them too!

Thanks everyone for your patience. We are currently moving files over to a new service and things should be up and running in approximately 72 hours. So if you see any odd errors that's probaly us workingn on getting it all going.

Thanks!
