I purchased the download version of Falling Into Place on November 3rd. Since then, I have tried 3 times to download, but each time I attempt to unzip the file I receive an error message that states that the file is not a zip file so I am unable to open it. When I click on details, it says that this file might be one of a set and I need the entire set before opening. So I then attempted to download again thinking, hmm maybe if I download again it will be a different file and then I'll be okay. Nope, the second download replaced the first and the same error messages appeared. I emailed customer service yesterday morning but I have yet to hear from them. Does anyone have any ideas?
