I was at the store ordering my ezine, and once my order was confirmed, I noticed the option to download the ezine right then and there! After getting over my shock, I noticed beside it , it said that there were 5 items remaining to download. I downloaded anyway, and I got all 97 pages. What did it mean when it said 5 items remaining?

Not sure what the additional 5 items meant, but you got it all... all 97 pages!!!!
The downloads for elements, etc. are seperate and linkable through the e-zine itself.

I think that they give you a certain number of times to download it, in case there are probs with the original download?

What I can't figure out is how to get the downloads, it keeps asking me for password and username, and mine from SBB don't work ....

Stacey, the username and password are different for the cart than they are for the SBB site. There is a SEND me my password option to recover your information.

And you are correct about the 5 meaning that is the number of dowloads still available.

Thanks Kristie, what I knew about the SBB and the store being different, I worded that wrong (how unusual for me, lol), what i am having trouble with is once i've unzipped the ezine, and go to download anything from that issue, it's asking me for a password to download those ones.

Some issues it is set up that way where each time you download it will ask you for a Username/Password -- the current issues dont' have that -- Sorry for the inconvenience the problem is corrected for current issues.

January and February Issues do NOT ask you for the U/P
