Wondering if someone can help...I purchased Oct. - Jan Ezines yesterday after previewing the free Aug-Sept issues. I had no trouble downloading any of the kits or elements in the free issues.

On my downloaded issues, when I click on the link, a window pops up asking for my username and passord with a key icon at the top of the box. I am not sure what to put in here (I have tried everything) and then I get an Explorer page that says Error - Page restricted...something to that effect.

I have the newest version of Adobe - 6.0 but I don't think that is it since I can download everything from the free issues. Anyone know what is going on?

You should have been sent a username and password for each ezine in an email. If not, email customer.service@scrapbook-bytes.com

I've double checked that email a few times. No luck. I've also emailed customer service (yesterday) and have been waiting for response

Sometimes they can be slow to respond...which is not what you want when you are anxious!...but eventually they'll get to ya!

I am having the same problem with October and Decembers. Am waiting anxiously, but patiently.

Amanda - we are not slow to respond - we check mail and respond timely each day... sometimes our mails we have found are incidentely dropped into spam or junk folders. In any case - to the members needing assistance I will check your username to find email address and look it up in the cart and get back with you shortly.
