That's what I thought too!
I have it on. This is what the bottom of my window says: HTML code is OFF vB code is ON Smilies are ON [IMG] code is ON If I post HTML in my signature, when I post, my sig shows all the code.

use vB code. you can't turn HTML on. vB code is similar to HTML. if you click on the words vB code is on, it will bring up a page that explains what vB code is, and how to use it
 .
