Forum link not working???

When I use the links from the top of the page (the Downloads tab as part of the page header) it tells me I don't have permission to view either the registered users or subscribers sections.

Hi Heather - thanks for helping us trouble-shoot this.... you mean the downloads tab in right above the forum or in the mouse over at the very top menu? Or do you mean after going to the "downloads" area?

Maybe screen shot it for me?

Just a note too - the email notifications come thru as "Digital Scrapbooking Forums" rather than "SBB Forums" as it used to.

I get the message when I try to access downloads via any method. It happens when I try to get into subscriber downloads and registered user downloads. (I already checked to make sure my subscription is still good....it is )

(notice that I had too look up how to do a print screen. I knew how....but my keyboard is crap and I had to do it differently than normal....sigh)

Anyway....
I tried dumping cookies, signing out and signing back in, etc.

Dena - what link are you clicking on that from that you get that message?

I get that when I click on all download links. From the pulldowns at the top, and from the row of links in the bluish-green bar.

I can't get into downloads from anywhere.
