Serious culling needs to happen ... :)

I've been posting here at SBB since 2004, and I need to do some serious culling in my over-large gallery. Is there a quick and painless way I can do this, or do I need to set aside a time block of about a WEEK in order to open each layout and delete if necessary?
Thanks for any help you can give me ... Sharon

I'm not sure about that.. are you really going to delete some of your layouts?? I love looking back at my beginnings and see what I've done and how I've grown. I don't think I could delete anything!!

Not sure if this idea will work for you, but I just move the layouts into a private album instead of deleting them completely (for now anyways). Still takes some time, but the layouts are there when I need to refer back to them.

LOl i have layouts from Jan 2003 still in my gallery. Unfortunately though Sharon there is only the ability to do a single delete. Admin could do batch delete of layouts reasonably easily along as they are in a block (otherwise too fiddly) - PM me if you want that

The external hd where I kept my layouts died on me. I had printed a lot of the layouts but not all of them. Thank God for all the galleries where I had posted. I was able to visit the galleries and save the layouts so I could print, print, print. Saving them to an album is a good idea. Thank you SBB for still having my layouts!
