This is now January 13th and I still do not have my January
Tid Bytes. I have emailed customer service yesterday and today
as well with requested information but have not yet had a reply.
I purchased Ezine in November ...do I have to re subscribe each month???. I received the newsletter but no information on how to access the actual Ezine.
Everyone is commenting on how great it is and I just want to see it. Please HELP!!!!

Please check your email

I am in the same boat.... I check my email every day but nothing arrives. I also emailed customer service and Amy did write back saying it is in the work... that was days ago and haven't gotten anything. Hate to be a pest to her, but soooo anxious to see the issue as I see Digital Pro on the cover. Any help????

Well, I am still waiting....have had no acknowledgement from customer service even though I have replied three times to their requests. I really do understand things can happen but I am
so very anxious to see the issue as well and it is five days since it's release.

Joyce, I did get a nice response from Amy giving me the January link again. She said it got emailed to me last week, but I never got it. You may want to drop her a note, I am sure she will get back to you. I won't have a chance to download it until tonight but am anxious too.

I have sent several emails (5) in fact the last few days each time you wrote and each time they bounce back to me. I have even tried to respond to the original email you sent to me from and attach the download information but still bounces back. Do you have another email addy?
