I'm having difficulty with the store- couple issues
Any area I choose via the category selection --the product page has previews that are white square with a red X. When I click to buy or click to preview I get a file not found error. Tried a few different categories.

When I select by designer- the previews show on the product listing page but not on the detail preview page. And sometimes I get a file not found message. Very strange- sometimes I can get the designer and sometimes I can't--will get a file not found error.

When I can get a designer I can "Buy Now" on the group product listing page and it gets added to the cart --but from the detail page (no preview showing) I get the file not found message when I try to "Add to Cart"

Just really some strange results. I'm trying to purchase the February Ezine.

Tried a few others stores but I didn't have any problems view the previews so I'm thinking it might be something not related to my computer/internet.

Thanks for letting us know. It appears to be an IE thing, but Amy is looking into it, trying to get it fixed.

I had similar problems last night too--couldn't see product previews.

that should be fixed back now - please let us know if you are continuing to have problems (be sure to empty out your temporary Internet and cache files as well)

I'm wondering if by chance the new EZine for March has had issues. I bought it Saturday and even received a link in my confirmation email but when I click on it, it says I have nothing to dl. I've even tried logging into my account and looking at my order history. I've emailed customer service about another issue last Tues. or Wed. and didn't get a response back. That issue was about my coupon code for the buy $25 get $100 sale from last week not working. You all have always replied within 24 hours so when not hearing back, I tried to email again Saturday. I wonder if the email accounts have something fishy happening as well? I'm not mad or anything but wanted you to now the problems I've personally experienced over the past week in case someone else has had the same issue(s) and hopefully can help you track the cause of those issues down. Kind of weird, huh?

that is my fault... I forgot to actually add the download link to the EZine when I posted it in the store!!! Whoaps! Thanks for letting us know! I'll also be going back in a few hours and resending to anyone else who bought it via the store and didn't get a download link
