have downloaded the dec issue successfully and can read it in adobe reade just great, but not sure what im doing wrong because when i click on the download for the elements nothing happens, any ideas.

do you hae a pop-up blocker installed? mine prevents the downloads, so i just disable it. just a guess. Ü

I'm having the same problem and I don't have any popup blockers installed. I thought it was because of my old version of Adobe Acrobate 4 Full version so I downloaded the version 6 reader and still doesn't work. I emailed Amy the other night and haven't heard anything back yet. I hope we can get this figured out soon.

I don't know what you use for your internet connection, but I found last month that I couldn't access them through my AOL browser, but if I opened it up in IE, then I could. HTH, Shirley

I finally got it to work for me. I was opening it in Acrobat directly like you would with most pdf files. When I right clicked on the ezine, and open in Avant (my web browser), I am now able to download everything. This can probably be done in most browsers.

I guess I'll just give up on trying to download the kits. I've tried for days & can't get them. I've done all the tricks I know & can't get anything to work.
Unless I can get them through email attachments, I just can't get them. I've disabled firewalls, popup blockers & virus protection.
I've cleared out files, cookies & history.
I've tried Netscape & Explorer & nothing works.

Don't give up! I'm sorry you are having such problems.
Are you connected to the internet? Do you have Acrobat Reader 6.0? If you've tried everything and its still not working email customer.service@scrapbook-bytes.com and they'll help ya out. You paid for it...we'll make sure you get it!
