i am asked about username and p***word when downloading from ezine
I downloaded my dec ezine and am now downloading all elements, kits even fonts from the dec ezine for saving on cd.
When i want to download Tina s fonts and dings i am asked about username and p***word and i dont know what to type in. I tried with the same user and p***word code that i use when i log in in SBB, but i doesnt work. Please would you steer me right Thanks for all Maria

I'm having the same problem when I try to download from the ezine. Do I need to get in touch with someone at customerservice?
