I was wondering if there are any plans to make a gallery for the elements. There are so many, and it would be nice to see what they look like without having to click on each one seperately.

What a fabulous idea!

I guess when the elements sections was initially set up, no one knew how large it was going to grow to or how immensely popular it would become! I know if not for the elements section, my scrapbooking may have taken a long time to get off the ground!

i hve no idea what is required to operate a site like this, but I agree that an elements gallery is a great idea. I would be happy to D/L some, covert to 72dpi and post. I know there are way too many to expect one person to all of them.

but I do know that they are very busy. A suggestion like this is a good one, and my guess is that it is more likely to come into being with volunteers that would be willing to convert the files and upload them. There are a LOT of files there as you well know and it grows weekly by leaps and bounds. This would be a huge project to undertake initially and would probably also require regular maintenance of. In fact, I think it would require an entire group or committe of individuals.

Do you think that is feasible from a volunteer standpoint? It would still come down to what admin has to say about it, as I know there is more to consider (eg. resources) .
