Hi everyone,

The ezine will be realeased shortly. Unfortunately we have experienced some hardware issues.

Please be patient, as it is on it's way with lot's of exciting, new and wonderful articles, elements and goodies!

You will not be dissappointed. Our DTM's have again outdone themselves and put together an amazing Ezine.

We are happy to see that you are so excited.

Has the issue with the Ezine been corrected? I pre-ordered on the 8th and I have yet to receive a link for downloading. Thanks.

The relese date for Ezine is today -- so even if you preorder you will not receive the link to download until it's released.

You should be recived that link very soon.

Can someone please help me. Late this afternoon I ordered the December ezine and paid via PayPal. At the end of the order the store said I could not receive the ezine because of payment failure.
I immediately checked my email and had a receipt from PayPal as proof that payment had been made. I immediately contacted customer service to find out what is going on and still have not heard from anyone.
This is really getting to be a pain in the neck. I had almost the same thing happen last month. The ezine isn't worth the trouble if I have to go through this every month.

Sorry that you feel it's not worth it... we can refund the amount due to you if you choose.

As stated above - we are frustrated with this process as well... we were up til 4am correcting it the best we could for all the preorders and trust me we didn't want to do that and don't plan on it again. This is why the notification that we are moving the cart. Please email me privately to advise how you would like to proceed.

Customer Service.... I was out with my DD; but am here the rest of the night if you contact me.

I havent gotten mine yet (I ordered a year subscription in November)- Is there anything I need to do...
