HI Katey!!!

You can find this out by going to:

My Settings > Paid Subscriptions (on the left waaaaay down)

Then it should list the date/expiration there.

Also you will know it as well when you go to the downloads area if you now see a subscriber's area to download as well as a subscriber's forum

The little icon by your name should have changed as well - to say supporter.

Katey, please email me at customer.service@sbbemail.com and I can check out why it took the money out but didn't change the status

Katey,
I save each download in a folder by itself inside a folder named for the website. I also rename my kit folders with the designers name first then kit name (ImaDesigner_mykitname). That way everything by one designer is grouped together. People have different ways of organizing their digiscrapping stuff. You might check the tutorial section for sugestions. I know some people organize by type of file (a folder for papers, buttons etc.) I just like to keep everything together with the Terms of Use and so I know who to credit.

I keep everything organized in folders named after the websites where I got them from, and then in those folders, I have folders set up based on designer. That way I know where I got them, who made them and where I can get more like them. I save my zip files on my hard drive and also burn them to cd so I can recover my kits if something happens to my computer. Don't forget to back up EVERYTHING! Especially your photos!
