HI,
I am just now trying to download some of the items from the November Ezine but nothing happens. When I place my cursor on the area that is for downloading and click a small white box shows up with a "w" inside of it. Anyone have an idea of what I should do. This is frustrating. I pay to have access to these items but can't obtain them when I need to. Of course, this is no ones fault except me probably. Please help if you can.

Make sure you are connected to the internet when trying to download. And make sure you have Acrobat 6.0. If neither of these work contact customer.service@scrapbook-bytes.com

and sometime people have to disable their virus protection while downloading certain kinds of file, so you might try that. but remember to turn it back on!! Ü
