Having trouble downloading

Hey all...

I am having a bit of trouble downloading the new stuff this month. When I click the link it starts to download, but its only downloading the download link. Not the actual file.

I have never had this before.

Hope you can help.

Could it be a setting on my computer?

Thanks

Are you using a download manager? Can you right click & choose Save As instead?

what internet browser are you using? For some reason the default AOL and MSN browsers do not like to download things from our site. We recommend Mozilla or Internet Explorer.

We also suggest NOT using a download manager (as Jenn suggested)

Thanks Guys.

I am using Firefox, and also a download manager. I disabled the download manager, and it worked.
Thanks for you help

yes, many times Download managers are the culprit in such cases... so glad to hear how you worked it out... I'll sticky this thread in case any one else runs into issues and need a "quick" possible fix
