restarted my comp and POOF there it was
 ...thanks for the help ladies!disregard: i cannot get my "store" ID and password to work  ...I provided my email to get my acct. info but still haven't gotten a response ...is it automated? (i thought it was...if not, i am SO sorry for sounding impatient  ).....thanks in advance if anyone knows if it is automated or if i need to wait on the powers that be?...

oH no!! I forgot mine the other day and it seemed like it was automated but I could be wrong. Check your junkmail folder if you have one?
