Hi I just renewed my membership but cannot unzip the download. It is flawed....keeps telling me a file is wrong, then it asks to resume unzipping the next file, but comes up with an error and will not unzip. I keep going in circles Overwrite files, error, overwrite files, error...Can anyone help?

Here are a few tips that might help you in downloading the file
1. Try NOT using a download manager if you have used one initially.
2. Try downloading using the Save Target As or Save File As option opposed to "Open"
3. DO NOT use the AOL or MSN browsers. Log back into your cart via another browser or Internet Explorer outside the default AOL or MSN browsers and try again.

Try completely removing the "corrupt" file from your hard drive and re-downloading it. Normally when you get a "corrupt" file it is because there was an interruption during the download process.
