As far as I know, the terms of use haven't changed yet, so it isn't allowed.

The official changes will occur when the new TOU of the site are posted, and the little "no commercial or profit site links please" will be removed from the credits area in the gallery.

Thanks for checking on this, as many members are not reading the rules for posting.

I save two text files for credits- one with links and one without- so it's no problem.

I'm a little confused. I understand not putting a hyperlink to a kit in a store on another site but can I say as example - Spring kit by Connie at Scrap - (not a real kit or site)? Or do we just say - Spring kit by Connie

Spring Kit by Connie (SBB) is okay I think, but putting in www or .com type extensions gets into a sticky area. (Used SBB as an example, but you just use the store's title and not full web addy).

If a person wants to know where you purchased a product, they are able to send you a PM requesting info and you can tell them that way without breaking any rules.

Thank you Arti! That was the way I have done it on some LO's and wanted to make sure it was okay. I never thought about someone being able to PM you and find out the information.
