I am trying to checkout in the store, and I've had this message for about 20 minutes now:

Your order is being placed. Please wait...


I don't want to refresh b/c I don't want to duplicate my order. But if I close out the window, and come back to the store, it hasn't processed my order, and shows I still owe 25 cents. So, I start the process over again.

Any ideas?

I have not been able to log into the store for a few hours now, so maybe there is a glitch somewhere. Perhaps just leave it for now and go back to it later. I am sure they are working on it and it will be back soon.

Amy, I'm logged into the store, and every time I add something to my cart or wishlist I am getting a X-Cart Debuggin Console pop-up in a new window, with a heap of code in it. Just FYI.

give it a try now - had to turn on debugging while it was fixed earlier and forgot to turn it back off!
