I'm not sure if this is the place to post this question, but I don't know where else to ask it.
Is it possible that I am unable to receive private messages. I haven't received any for a while, even though I was expecting several because of challenges that I participated in. My message box is far from being full, so I just started to wonder.

Somebody help me out, please

It is possible that it is turned off,
you can check that yourself!
Go to MY settings in the forum
pick edit options from the menu on the left
you see a colum called login & privacy
the colum below is called messaging and notifications
watch if the 'enable private messaging' is checked
it should be checked

when it is not checked, check the box and be sure to submit your changes at the bottom of this page!

if you were expecting challenges...you might need to check with whomever is in charge just in case your name slipped from the list...when we are cross checking layouts etc, it can be quite confusing...and then typing in all the names to send the pm...no one will mind if you check after a couple of days

I just sent you a PM.

Another thing you can do is get notifications sent to your email inbox when you get a PM at the site. I have found this to be helpful on many occasions, and it isn't like the members get your email address - just the site sending you a note.
